Fabulous Pet-Free Stays for Allergy-Sufferers and Seekers of Calm Alike!

22 July 2025

As much as we love our four-legged friends, for some people “no pets” is an essential holiday requirement.

For example, if you suffer from allergies, next-door’s adorable doggy guests could spark a rush of anxiety or bring on an eye-watering coughing fit – neither of which are ideal, when you’re trying to relax!

It could be that you’re fearful of certain animals (cynophobia is a clinically-recognised fear of dogs, thought to be experienced by 12% of the UK population). Alternatively, you may simply prefer a completely calm and uninterrupted holiday setting to unwind in.

These wonderful retreats aren’t just joyfully unique and suitably luxurious. Each one also stipulates a pet-free policy across the entire site. Some even offer thoughtful ‘extras’, such as allergy-free bedding on request, to help make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be.

So… with no stray hairs or early-morning barks interrupting your well-deserved break, all that’s left to do is rest and breathe easy!
