If you’ve always thought living in a treehouse would mean taking your chances in the temperamental Great Outdoors, a sumptuous stay at Will’s Tree House is sure to convert you for life.

Nestled on a hillside in the north east Cotswolds, Will’s Tree House is situated on a working farm, itself part of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With idyllic green views that stretch out over south Warwickshire countryside, the scenery will soothe you almost as much as your luxurious surroundings.

Architect-designed to blend with its natural environment, Will’s Tree House is uniquely built around four sycamore and ash trees – three of which poke through the outside deck, with the other growing through the kitchen!

You’ll spot plenty of opportunities for indulgence in every direction, from the bubbling hot tub on the lower deck, complete with complimentary towelling robes, to the outdoor shower and toasty underfloor heating. The tree-lined decking area is perfectly equipped for balmy afternoons, complete with pizza oven and barbecue, hanging chairs and a hammock.

Heading inside for a moment, you’ll find a spacious living, sleeping and dining area that includes a cosy kingsize bed and foldaway French bunks. Relax with the Smart TV for company, or if you prefer, keep an eye on the local wildlife with the binoculars provided (there’s also a telescope to help stargazing along).

Though you might expect a standard treehouse not to include kitchen or bathroom facilities, Will’s Tree House features both.  Just a few steps up from the living area is the well-equipped kitchen, furnished with high-end appliances and a welcome basket for your arrival. Meanwhile, the bathroom is stocked with soft towels and complimentary toiletries.

There’s plenty for the kids to do in the surrounding woodland area, which houses a duck-frequented pond and a shared playground including a pirate ship, lookout tower and trampoline.
