Why “10 for 10”, we hear you ask?
Well, Host Unusual turns 10 years old this June, so we’re celebrating with a spectacular giveaway. One lucky winner will win a 3-night stay at their favourite one of 10 fabulous retreats, dotted across 10 fabulous locations!
This doesn’t just celebrate 10 years of Host Unusual (though that’s pretty wonderful in itself), but also how far we’ve come… literally and figuratively.
When we started in 2016, we featured unusual retreats in the UK only (fact: our first ever listing was for The Control Tower B&B). But word soon spread, and it wasn’t long before we received our first international listing enquiry (fact: our first international listing was for Cuevas Helena).
As it turns out, staying somewhere deliciously unusual – in the kind of cared-for, wow-factor retreat that turns your friends green with envy – is a global passion!
We were soon listing so many unique retreats in so many countries, that in 2019 we switched our website from hostunusual.co.uk to hostunusual.com. We’re giddily proud that you can now book a Host Unusual break in 68 countries!
In the meantime we’ve listed our 10 incredible shortlisted properties below, with an introduction to each one. Study them closely, since if you’re the lucky winner, YOU get to choose which one you’ll stay at!
