Built to withstand the deadliest of shark attacks, Yellow Submarine Glamping is primed for underwater adventures galore… all carried out safely on dry land.

Secluded at Petruth Paddocks, a free-range campsite just five minutes away from Cheddar Gorge, you’ll be achingly close to Somerset’s beautiful beaches. Yet you won’t have to leave the unique confines of your cheerful, porthole-studded sub to feel as though you’re bobbing gently under the waves.

Gainfully equipped with all the gauges, lights, and buttons any self-respecting captain could ever need – including a giant octopus detector and anti-whale-bump technology – there’s also a periscope for spotting sea-monsters, and even a ‘Secret Red Mode’ for those essential clandestine dive missions!

When you’re not on duty, there’s a well-stocked galley kitchen and barbecue firepit for mealtimes, and ridiculously cosy sleeping spaces for two adults and two children. Choose the single bunk, elevated amongst the original controls, for an extra sense of adventure.

Meanwhile, abundant and well-maintained campsite facilities include piping-hot showers and toilets, with tea, coffee, and delicious bacon rolls available for breakfast.

With the kids also welcome to stay, you really can all live in a yellow submarine (a yellow submarine, a yellow submarine)… at least for a wild and wonderful holiday while!
