Fans of Enid Blyton’s enduring childhood classic, ‘The Magic Faraway Tree’, are sure to be in seventh heaven, with a stay that recreates all the charm and enchantment of the famous storybook.
Beautifully primed for a romantic escape from dull everyday lives – not to mention the ever-increasing demands of technology – you’ll find The Enchanted Faraway Tree, complete with its blissfully secluded garden, nestled by Kent’s ancient Blean Woodlands.
Think grown-up luxury infused with magical childhood memories, all rolled into a captivating treehouse pod with a glass domed ceiling…what better way to watch the stars than from your downy bed (unless you prefer the wood-fired outdoor hot tub, that is!)
The centrally-heated pod is designed with supreme comfort in mind, and you’ll find plenty of soft blankets, plush cushions and irresistible snuggle-spots throughout, all accented by soothing views of nature. While you’ll find a Bose Bluetooth speaker to set the perfect background mood, with no TV or WiFi in sight you’ll have plenty of opportunity to relax and reconnect with the one you love.
To prepare sumptuous romantic feasts, all you need to do is head down the paddle stairs to the mini cooking range. You’ll find a log burner here too, so keeping yourselves warm and cosy under the stars is ridiculously easy.
Freshening up becomes a truly indulgent experience here, with a piping hot outdoor shower for two in your private garden. And of course, at the end of a long day exploring the woodlands, is there anything more wondrous than opening a bottle of fizz and toasting yet another perfect day…from the comfort of a wood-fired hot tub?
The garden barbecue is ideal for sizzling suppers by sunset (and toasting yummy marshmallows!) – and indeed, with everything set for such an idyllic stay, you may feel as though the Enchanted Faraway Tree is far too irresistible to climb down from!
