Burnsyde Beach House is a deceptively large, wonderfully renovated bungalow, just moments from the golden sands of Saltburn. From the long entrance hall, enter into the bright and welcoming kitchen and dining room, where you’ll be blown away by breath-taking views of the sandy beach, rolling surf and lush headland beyond. This open-plan space is large enough for all guests to gather together and make the very most of this superb panorama, whether you’re helping out with the cooking in the fully fitted kitchen, dining together at the industrial dining table, or simply unwinding in mid-century inspired armchairs in the peaceful gallery area.
There’s also plenty of space to relax in the large living room at the end of the hall. Muted grey décor, complemented by matching curtains and plush, stone-coloured sofas, creates an air of total tranquillity, while the gorgeous moulded fireplace adds a touch of glamour. Unwind in front of your favourite programme on the television, rest your feet atop the luxuriously large footstool, and feel completely at home as your worries slowly ebb away.
You’ll find three stylish yet serene double bedrooms at the Burnsyde Beach House, two of which are on the ground floor and offer comfy beds and minimalist furniture to store all your belongings during your stay. The third is an en-suite loft bedroom, accessed via stairs in the living room. With skylights to let the sunshine in each morning and the moonshine in at night, you’ll feel miles away from the world in this perfectly private boudoir.
There’s also a large family bathroom on the ground floor, which has an altogether luxurious feel thanks to the marble-topped sink unit, the refreshing walk-in shower and the totally heavenly roll-top bath!

Two well-behaved dogs welcome upon prior arrangement (£40 per stay), check-in time from 3pm, children and babies welcome, strictly no smoking.
Prices start from £150 per night off peak, £175 per night in Spring and Autumn and £225 per night from June to end of August.
