Blue Ron’s is a unique retreat that was once a sweet shop in the town of New Mills, now expertly converted into a space that’s perfect for celebrating with your favourite people and dogs, boasting three indulgent storeys styled with local artwork and upcycled gems.

Nestled by the Peak District National Park in Derbyshire, the views from this historic, blue-toned building are addictively mesmerising. Yet to get up close and personal with those idyllic rural surroundings, you’ll have to leave Blue Ron’s… and once you’ve settled yourselves in, that could be tricky!

For starters, six bedrooms are conveniently configured for groups of all descriptions (including a well-designed family room for parents and kids), sleeping up to 14 guests in total.

The rest of the retreat is designed for laid-back socialising and full-on fun, with a well-equipped kitchen diner, a quirky lounge for chatting and TV-watching, and a games room with pool and darts for unleashing those competitive spirits.

Here you’ll also discover a stylish bar area with a booth, bar stools… and two undercounter fridges to chill all that celebratory champagne!

In the mood for a starlit soak? Simply head out to the garden, where a hot tub awaits on the decking – a supremely relaxing treat, especially for those who managed to get out and explore the local area. You’ll be able to view the flowing River Sett from your private lawn, too, making Blue Ron’s the ultimate setting for a beautiful and memorable break.
