A stunning, sea-facing Victorian house for seriously special group stays in Norfolk, complete with a large garden and a ‘mini spa'.
  • Sleeps: 16
  • Bedrooms: 7
  • Bathrooms: 4
  • Minimum stay: 2 nights

Beach House Mundesley is the kind of holiday haven that will have you running excitedly from room to room, making endless mental notes of favourite spots to return to.

A large and lovely Victorian house that sleeps up to sixteen guests, you’ll get to enjoy prime position, overlooking the shimmering sea on Mundesley’s coast road in North Norfolk. A mere stroll across that road leads you straight onto the award-winning beach – that is, when you’re not relaxing in the south-facing garden (or indeed, in the dedicated sauna and hot tub room!)

There’s a wealth of magical places for you to relax and be social in, including the open plan ground floor space that consists of an indulgent, appliance-packed kitchen and diner, and a cosy sitting room… both with beautiful sea views. You’ll also discover plenty of charming nods to the home’s historic past throughout, including an original Victorian range in the kitchen.

Entertainment-wise, you’ll be spoilt for choice! There’s a dedicated play area, furnished with Sky TV, a Nintendo Wii and a selection of family games, and beach games for the garden or the sand. Meanwhile, a selection of board games will please those who enjoy traditional time-stealers.

Yet if all that sounds like far too much effort, you can retire to the ‘mini spa’, in the form of a dedicated, Mediterranean-style hot tub room. Here you’ll find a six-person tub and a four-person infra-red sauna, as well as spa gowns, music connection, scented candles, and French doors that bring the outside, inside. What bliss!

There are seven bedrooms in total, all of them spacious, and all of them furnished for downy comfort. Discover three on the first floor; two with sea views, and one with a garden view, plus two bathrooms you’ll want to spend plenty of downtime in.

Why? One features a gleaming copper bathtub, while the other boasts a corner whirlpool-bath that will feel like your own private hot tub (handy if the ‘mini spa’ is occupied!)
