In charge of choosing the perfect setting for a once-in-a-lifetime celebration? Imbued with wonder and magic, Woolbrook Reservoir offers a little something for everyone… and much, much more besides!

Delightfully ‘hidden’ in a tranquil area of East Devon, close to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, the former reservoir has been transformed into a truly breath-taking retreat for up to 16 lucky guests.

Elegantly dipped below the garden, you’ll feel like you’re the only people in the world as you arrive, since you won’t be overlooked by any neighbours. Meanwhile, double-height glass-lined rooms and a soaring, ‘wow-factor’ central atrium offer a whole wealth of light and space.

The scenic rooftop level features a mesmerising garden with lounge-worthy lawns, winding paths to wander, a bar for unwinding over drinks… and a wood-fired hot tub for sublime stargazing!

Fire up the courtyard barbecue for a sizzling sunset supper – if the weather happens to take a turn for the worse, no problem. Simply move to the undercover lounge, where you’ll also find table tennis and a pool table to keep you nicely entertained.

If you need a break from all that socialising, you’ll soon find plenty of comfy, beautifully-furnished places to help you get lost in a good book, such as the fireplace-equipped snug. There’s even a dedicated gym for the fitness fanatics in your group.

Ready to hold that showpiece celebratory event? The ground-floor entertaining space boasts three sets of French doors that can be thrown open for a feeling of wide open space, and the enormous dining-room wall is perfect for slideshows… even featuring USB-equipped monitors for that very purpose!
