Boasting incredible, far-reaching views across the Vale of Pickering, West Cawthorne is perfectly located on the edge of the North York Moors National Park.

Positioned on a lush hilltop and teeming with diverse wildlife, it’s hard to imagine a more idyllic place to escape the world, particularly when there’s also a sumptuous selection of retreats for you to choose from.

For romantic couples, the A-Frame Cabins represent pure heaven itself; two lovingly handcrafted hideaways that are the first of their kind in the UK. You’ll find both nestled in their very own wildflower meadow, surrounded by vibrant natural beauty and joyous birdsong.

Inside await luxurious self-contained facilities and clean-lined furnishings that allow that incredible rural vista, showcased through expansive windows, to claim centre-stage… even when you’re snuggled up in the downy kingsize bed.

And if you feel like wandering outside at any point, you’ll be greeted by a gorgeous built-in deck, equipped with a dreamy sunken bath and a crackling firepit, to help you welcome the sunset and stars in style.

The South Range, meanwhile, is perfect for a laid-back family break, sleeping up to four adults and two children.

A former blacksmith’s barn dating back to the 19th century, there’s a soothing blend of traditional elements and modern design features throughout, and enormous glass doors that invite the picture-perfect outside in.
