Featuring spectacular accommodation for up to 22 people in a renovated barn and a charming cottage, you can relax and revive amongst 16 blissful acres of private, wildlife-strewn land.

Along with your cosy accommodation, amongst other delights you’ll also find a bespoke pool house, a children’s playground, a beautiful flower meadow, and a one-acre lake surrounded by whispering trees of every description. Not only does the idyllic setting inspire a genuine ‘wow’ factor, but you’ll go down in history amongst your group for being the one to have chosen it!

The Cottage and The Barn each feature a selection of en-suite double bedrooms (six in The Cottage and five in The Barn), and each building boasts its own lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a utility room.

The Cottage, complete with a sociable 24-seated Douglas fir dining table and interlinked kitchen, is the ideal setting for catch-ups filled with lively conversation. Add a sumptuously furnished Scottish-style snug and a bright, glass-walled sun room (perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of wine in hand) and you may start to feel that heaven really does exist in Cornwall!

Claim your Cottage bedroom from six individually styled ensuite sleeping spaces, all complete with soothing views, luxury Egyptian linen and fluffy towels. Choose from characterful Meadowsweet, vibrant Angelica, vintage-style Celandine (complete with silver roll-top bath!), romantic Valerian, cosy Saxifrage, or Scandi-styled Wood Aven – the ideal place to curl up with a good book.

Light, airy and spacious, The Barn comes complete with a gabled Granary sitting room with a projector and screen that’s all set for movie nights. Here you’ll find an open plan kitchen and diner for 12 – perfect for informal brunches – with doors that lead to a furnished outdoor courtyard.

Intrepid explorers, or those who simply value the occasional slice of ‘me’ time, will love the Map Room found in The Barn too; a cosy nook filled with a desk, a TV, and naturally, a range of local maps.

Choose your sleeping space from five bird-named ensuite rooms, all every bit as luxurious as those found at The Cottage. There’s warm-toned Goldfinch, cosy Kestrel, dramatic Peregrine (complete with starry skylight!), tranquil Kingfisher, and calming Barn Owl.

By day, why not get out and explore your lush surroundings? Enjoy some time in the Pool House, Britain’s first heated indoor freshwater pool, filled with pure Cornish spring water…ideal for energising morning dips.

Slate-lined walls and underwater lights add plenty of poolside atmosphere, while a six-person steam room and an outdoor wood-fired Dutch tub are extra treats for the senses. You’ll also find a separate children’s pool, and plenty of space for massages, yoga classes…or indeed a wedding!

Prepare a picnic and take a stroll through the grounds, or try a spot of fishing in the lake while you release the kids into the play area – a treasure trove of fun that includes a giant slide, huge nest swing and a Cornish pirate boat – for endless excitement!

By evening, light up the firepit and get everybody together for a barbecue, toasted marshmallows and campfire songs as you watch the sun set, rounding off yet another wonderful day away from everyday life.

Things to note

This property is only booked as one unit, and the cottage and barn may not be booked separately. Well behaved pets are permitted at a maximum of two per house, but should have their own baskets and sleeping arrangements, and no animals should be left alone, all accommodation is strictly no smoking. A fishing rod licence and permit to fish is required in order to fish at Tregulland.
