Located at Kudhva (Cornish for ‘hideout’), you can now experience a bespoke-crafted, off-grid bar and cabin that’s ideal for you and a handful of good friends.  Think of all those happy and sociable times in the pub, taken to a whole new level – here it’s just you, them, joyous birdsong and some of the finest rural scenery you can imagine.

Accessed through the rustling willow groves, you’ll find this haven built in the traditional Danish way, by six dedicated volunteers.  With trees that grow through the deck and a babbling stream underneath that leads to a waterfall (which in turn cleverly powers the bar!) the setting is both completely unique and visually compelling.

You’ll find the bar/cabin also features six beds, two bunks and two pull-out beds, complete with fresh bedding and towels, and an off-grid loo nearby.  Generous facilities, found at the main Kudhva site, are a mere 5-10 minute walk away.

Kudhva’s philosophy is to take you away from the stresses and strains of ordinary life, in a breathtakingly natural space that inspires creativity and connection.  With so much beauty to ponder over your pint, you’re sure to feel they’ve succeeded admirably.
