Wrapped in sumptuous luxury and surrounded by the soothing bustle of wildlife, The Quist is the perfect place to relax and recharge.
A wood-panelled treetop cabin nestled amongst soaring ancient oaks and firs on Herefordshire’s vast Brinsop Estate, you’ll be able to view the Malverns from your private hilltop location.
And since this is an off-grid escape, there’ll be no distracting TV or Wi-Fi to disturb the magical, other-worldly atmosphere, as you succumb to the abundant charms of nature.
Simply climb the oak staircase to be greeted by a world of sensory indulgence, including enormous glass doors that open onto a generous, balustraded tree-deck. Soundtracked by birdsong and whispering leaves, a lovelier spot for morning coffee simply can’t be imagined.
Later, the Swedish wood-fired hot tub is a dazzling setting for watching the evening sky, as the sun sinks and the stars come out to play.
Don’t worry if you’re not in the mood for an outdoor soak, though, as the family bathroom is home to a huge, ultra-indulgent stone bath, just waiting to be filled with bubbles as you gaze out of the window, glass of wine in hand.
Along with plenty of soft, cushion-covered seating, there’s a well-equipped kitchen area to help feast preparation along… and with a sink that faces another window, you can even keep an eye on the trees and the birds as you do the washing-up.

What the guests of The Quist say
“Beautifully crafted and designed outside and carried through into the immaculate luxurious interiors. All the colours, textures, fabrics, so spot on. So happy we came here as a little family to reconnect and escape the ‘real’ hectic world. Stock up on wine, food and don’t leave this beautiful cabin while you are here. The view, the stillness, the hot-tub, the outdoor shower, the lighting, the sooo soft robes, the record player, the cloud like beds…I could go on!”
“Couldn’t fault this place if I tried. Truly exceptional experience winding down and reconnecting with nature. Totally secluded and unimaginably peaceful, this treehouse was wonderful to stay in. Both my partner and I (and our dog) loved the views and amenities. The hosts are so kind and thoughtful and really thought of making every little touch special. Couldn’t recommend it enough!”
“A truly unforgettable experience! The Quist was an encounter of the most breathtaking workmanship and beautifully designed interiors that we had ever seen before. If you’re looking for a getaway that offers something extra special this place is a definite must visit. We spent our entire stay taking in a view that was quite simply ‘spectacular’. We can’t wait to come again! 5*’s doesn’t quite cut it for this gem of a retreat to tranquility. It’s the perfect escape from the hamster wheel!”
