The Moors Church

Uniquely breathtaking, The Moors Church is a striking conversion of a Grade II listed, 19th century church that was originally designed by Temple Lushington Moore, well-known as one of the Gothic Revival’s greatest architects.
As such, many original features have been left intact, including exquisite hand-painted ceiling arches, stained-glass windows, and traditional fonts. Yet there are plenty of contemporary comforts too, including a Netflix-equipped TV and toasty underfloor heating.
Sleeping up to four guests, and their two well-behaved dogs, this truly is a heavenly retreat from which to explore the North York Moors in all their glory…
…or simply pour a glass of wine and admire the view from your private heather garden and furnished terrace, instead!
