A romantic escape to your very own corner of Kent countryside, with panoramic views across to Romney Marsh.

  • Minimum stay: 2 nights

The Lookers Legacy is a stunningly renovated brick hut, built in the traditional style of ‘lookers’ – people who would stay in the huts as they cared for their flocks of sheep.

As such, you can expect breathtaking countryside views from a private, prime position amongst green fields that seem to stretch out forever.

The cosy hut itself is ideal for a romantic escape (you can even bring the dog with you, if you like!) Enter through a gorgeous glass-vaulted hallway, then curl up in the soothing open-plan living area, which floods with light from double doors that look out over the distinctive landscape of Romney Marsh.

The Netflix-added TV will keep you entertained by evening, as you light the wood-burning stove and settle in.

Though you could also enjoy those amazing views al-fresco if you prefer, from the comfort of your secluded terrace – equipped with a luxurious hot tub!

As you unwind over a glass of wine, you’ll note how traditional your surroundings feel, yet with plenty of contemporary mod cons, expert design, and luxurious attention to detail throughout.

There’s a well-equipped kitchen area that features an electric oven and ceramic hob, as well as a Nespresso machine, and a dishwasher. Everything you need is there to whip up a delicious feast, then savour it at the cosy dining table for two.
