This secluded four-acre estate set in the scenic, tranquil Tyringham Valley, is steeped in history. The iconic Gingerbread House boasts steepled roof, intricate shingling patterns and colourful stained-glass windows. 

When you arrive at this magical estate, you feel you’ve stepped between the pages of a story book. Santarella has three guest accommodations; the historic four-bedroom Farmhouse which sleeps 8-9 guests, is perfect for Summer getaways to the Berkshires, a holiday sanctuary or ski base in Winter. The Silo Studio Cottage, ideal for two, is a former summer sculpting studio, romantic and rustic with canopied bed, huge windows and high ceilings in the studio/bedroom upstairs and charming sitting room/bath downstairs. The Grand Silo Tower, also a former sculpting studio, accommodates up to 4-5 guests and also features an upstairs bedroom with canopy bed, artistic windows and high, domed ceiling. The sitting room, extra-large bath and gallery room are downstairs, where a convertible-sofa sleeps two additional guests. 

The tranquil, Japanese-themed gardens feature a soothing lily pond, winding paths and a gently meandering, babbling brook…and are available for your enjoyment.
