Nestled Stays is the result of two brothers’ dedicated desire to share the natural beauty and tranquillity of their beloved West Sussex family farm – with added luxuries and bespoke facilities that make every stay feel truly special.

Guests can choose their favourite retreat from three carefully-curated collections: Nestled on the Farm, Nestled by the Lake, and Nestled by the Green. Each sanctuary-like retreat boasts a private hot tub and firepit for relaxed al fresco evenings, with cosy furnishings, a Smart TV and a warming log-burner waiting patiently inside.

Choller Farm, lovingly tended by the family since the 1940s, is the dreamlike setting for both Nestled on the Farm and Nestled by the Lake. Here, time slows down to a blissful pause; carving moments for quality time spent with loved ones, set against a glorious South Downs vista.

Ideal for family stays, Nestled by the Farm is home to The Farm Lodge and The Barn House: two-bedroom pods with scenic verandas, and additional sofa beds to each sleep up to six guests. Surrounded by grazing farm animals and wide open fields, along with the comings and goings of a friendly working farm, it’s the perfect setting to unwind.

Nestled by the Lake comprises two one-bedroom log cabins (named Primrose and Sunbeam) and the sleek, adults-only Lake House pod for up to four guests. Each expertly-crafted retreat showcases magical, shimmering lake views, with its own private swimming jetty for fishing.

(The farm lake is teeming with myriad varieties of fish, including carp, perch and tench, and you’ll be very welcome to take advantage of opportunities to fish during your stay – at any time!).

A brand-new site, Nestled by the Green is tucked between the peaceful greens of a West Sussex golf course, just six minutes from the historic castle-town of Arundel… with a complimentary guest taxi available into the town each evening.

Surrounded by whispering trees and birdsong, each two-bedroom lodge – designed in a unique U-shaped shepherd’s hut style – comes complete with a wood-fired sauna and an al fresco shower, for an opulent nature-spa feel. You’ll also have the chance to watch your favourite films under the stars, with a 100-inch outdoor cinema screen (and cosy, heated seating!).

Bike hire is available as part of each retreat collection, so you can get to know the surrounding area car-free. Take a leisurely walk in reviving woodland or flourishing South Downs nature (why not pack a picnic, too?), explore nearby Chichester, or simply take advantage of bespoke on-site experiences – from private chef and pizza oven hire to animal encounters and golf.
