Boasting magnificent views of Puglia’s sweeping, sparkling eastern coast, the Petrarolo Estate is characterised by its diverse landscapes: citrus plantations, award-winning vineyards, wildflower meadows, and ancient whispering trees.

Perfect for families in search of fun adventure and indulgent relaxation alike, Loggia Petrarolo is an expansive, solar-powered safari lodge expertly constructed from canvas and timber. Rich in comfort and luxury, resort-style facilities include ample, furnished outdoor space and a private 6m x 3m swimming pool!

Rustic, colourful, and cosily-furnished, the living area is both sociable and spacious, with plenty of squishy seating for everyone. The generous dining table seats up to 11 guests in convivial comfort – just add a bottle of local wine and throw open the doors to bring the outside in.

Meanwhile, meal-preparation is made simple with a wood-crafted kitchenette, gainfully equipped with an electric cooker, a microwave, and a large fridge.

If the evening sun is shining – which will be more than likely! – you could choose to head out to the sun deck, for a barbecue supper peppered with laughter and catch-up conversation. Light the firepit as night falls, and watch the stars appear in the vast night sky.

You could also take an invigorating dip in the aforementioned swimming pool, with rural views that lead out to the shimmering Adriatic Sea. After your swim, freshen up in the hot-and-cold outdoor shower (there’s an al fresco WC, too) charmingly surrounded by olive groves and citrus plantations.

When it’s finally time for everyone to turn in, you’ll have a choice of elegant bedrooms. Complete with state-of-the-art, solar-powered air conditioning, two double rooms are ideal for the grown-ups, with a single and a twin room to suit adults and children alike.
