You’ll find Finn Lough in stunning County Fermanagh, known for its beautiful landscapes, historical landmarks and variety of waterways.  Set on a peninsula overlooking tranquil Lough Erne, Finn Lough is wonderfully positioned for enjoying stunning views and activities right on your doorstep.

Seven different accommodation options await at Finn Lough. Some enjoy open clearings, some have gardens, some are nestled along the banks of a rewilded river, and some are hidden away amongst woodland for a true sense of escape. And in the woodland is exactly where you’ll find Finn Lough’s most unusual accommodation – the Bubble Domes!

You might not expect to find ultramodern Bubble Domes in the middle of a forest, but they’re certainly the best way to enjoy woodland surroundings.  With 180° transparent walls, there’s no better way to feel fully immersed in the beauty and tranquillity of nature. And sleeping two in the utmost comfort, a Bubble Dome has all the makings of an unforgettable romantic retreat.

The main bubble comprises your living and sleeping area, and is furnished to the highest specification.  A bespoke four-poster bed, a pair of stylish wingchairs, and extra touches (including fluffy bathrobes and a Nespresso coffee machine) create a perfect pocket of luxury. Curl up together to listen to the sounds of nature, look out for feathered friends among the branches, and try a spot of stargazing once darkness falls, courtesy of the gorgeous in-bubble telescope!

The Premium and River Bubble Domes also have a free standing bath, so you can bathe as though your right in the middle of the surrounding ancient woodlands.

An en-suite bathroom – a separate chamber attached to the main bubble – helps make your stay as comfortable as possible. And in the morning, enjoy a fabulous breakfast at the onsite Kitchen – a wonderful restaurant serving locally sourced and home-grown delights in sensational seasonal dishes.

Finn Lough’s newest accommodation offering are the sustainable River Cabins – perched on the edge of a rewilded waterway, these luxurious glass-fronted cabins bring the outside in and offer a unique and peaceful place to rest your head. The cabins feature a custom-made raised bed with detailing in Aroko wood, an inset bath combined with a textured limestone surround, discreetly integrated technology includes underfloor heating, air filtration, electric blinds, and architectural Sonos speakers.

More information

As well as a fabulous range of accommodation, there’s also a wealth of onsite activities to enjoy. Hire a boat or moor your own at the marina, enjoy a spot of fishing from the jetty (or your garden if you’re staying in a Lakeside Lodge). For outdoorsy guests, three kilometres of woodland trails are ready to be explored on foot, as is a kilometre of mountain-biking trails.

Finn Lough also has a range of unique experiences, including two state-of-the-art Spa offerings – one that winds through the forest and another that sits on the banks of the lake. The Elements Trail will take guests through a circuit of herbal saunas, Finnish sauna, salt floatation rooms, a lake plunge (for the brave) and a relaxation room; a new spa concept that is perfect for its natural setting. The Shoreline Spa offers private hot pools along the water’s edge, where guests can soak and sip on a glass of champagne, and a Waterside Sauna sits at 80 degrees, so whilst you savour in the heat you’ll enjoy panoramic views across the breathtaking Lower Lough Erne.

There are also some great new kayaking spots at Devenish and fishing sites that are easily accessible from the resort. Finally after the sun sets on these incredible activities, perhaps enjoy a lakeside dining experience in a special setting?

Beyond Finn Lough, there’s stunning Fermanagh to explore, with historic castles, mystical moorland, and superb pubs and restaurants to be discovered.

It’s easy to see why guests return to Finn Lough time and again. And once you’ve had a glimpse of those fabulous views, a night in that gorgeous accommodation, and that little dose of Finn Lough luxury, you’ll be joining them!
