East Thorne emerged 11 years ago, originally as a yurt camp. Since its humble beginnings, they kept hold of the best bits and ramped up the luxury touches. The Roundhouses were the result. A collection of 8 all year round en-suite retreats in a heavenly rural Cornish setting close to the coast, perfect for couples, families and groups.

There are eight family Roundhouses, with connecting cabin rooms, each comes with its own private en-suite and electric hot tub, perfect for relaxing in at the end of a busy day’s sightseeing! Four of the Roundhouses are also dog-friendly, so you can bring the whole family along!

Luxury is imbued in the Roundhouses, with hand-selected furnishings, fixtures and fittings, ranging from toasty underfloor heating and a warming wood burner to soft, sumptuous fabrics, cosy bedding and a stylish ensuite bathroom.

All Roundhouses are fitted to a very high standard and have a hand- picked modern décor to reflect what is at the core of the East Thorne experience. Think campfires, countryside, food and the ocean. They complement your natural setting perfectly.

The luxury doesn’t quite end there! You’ll find plenty of thoughtful touches almost everywhere you care to look, from rainy day impromptu cinema nights to organised surf lessons and seasonal activities. There are also plenty of foodie treats and locally-sourced hampers on offer too from their converted horse box ‘The Hive’ offering a bespoke local food ordering service, organic locally ground coffee’s and pastries. How about a Romantic Gourmet Glamper Hamper, or a ‘Brekky Glamper Hamper that takes care of breakfast on your first morning?

Roundhouses are open for bookings all year round. Check-in time is 4pm, check-out 10am, smoking is not permitted inside. There are four pet-friendly roundhouses, Fern, Ember, Ebb and Flow. Please enquire for details.
