Just 10 minutes away from Cornwall’s sweeping south coast, Dippers was crafted as a renaissance of ancient granite ruins, set on the banks of the River Par in the tranquil Luxulyan Valley – a designated World Heritage site.

Designed to help protect this outstanding natural environment, the cottage is sustainably equipped with solar panels and warm limestone flooring with underfloor heating, keeping your carbon footprint to a minimum.

Along with two specially-commissioned stained-glass windows, there are dual-aspect bifold doors to gaze at the river and meadow through, and a toasty wood-burner for cosy evenings in.

Ideal for family stays, you’ll have two bedrooms to choose from: a kingsize with an additional 3ft bed and truckle bed, and a kingsize master with woodland garden views.

Fire up the Nespresso machine and enjoy morning coffee on the terrace, then head out to explore the valley in all of its breath-taking beauty. Stop by the river to see if you can spot the cottage’s namesake… the rare Dipper birds!
