Perfect for large group holidays and celebrations, Castello sulla Spiaggia (which translates as ‘Castle on the Beach’), is a former 16th century castle, lovingly renovated to provide stylish accommodation for up to 14 guests.

Romantically set on the edge of a sandy beach, the castle is also situated in the heart of a nature reserve.  Fabulous views are guaranteed from every room, or indeed from the large fenced garden that borders the beach.

The castle is elegantly decorated, with cosy furniture and soft colours throughout.  When evening rolls around, the spacious living room is home to a roaring open fire that will beckon everybody round for a spot of after-dinner storytelling.

Later on, you’ll find seven gloriously dressed bedrooms – two double, three twin (one with an additional single), a single and a double sofa-bed.  With three bathrooms and two shower rooms, there’ll be no freshening-up queues!

Relax and indulge, and with the grandly historic delights of Rome a mere 30km away, your holiday is truly complete.
