Buubble Hotel Ölvisholt comprises an exclusive collection of cosy, fully transparent bubbles-for-two, each one beautifully hidden away in rural, wildlife-steeped Iceland.

Although you’ll be close to the popular Southern town of Selfoss, the fairytale forest backdrop will make you’ll feel as though you’ve been magically spirited away from civilisation. World-weary souls take note!

Perfect for a romantic ‘bucket list’ break, each bubble-for-two is luxuriously positioned for you to gaze at the vast, ever-changing sky right from your bed. It’s recommended that you pack light, as storage space (unlike comfort) is limited.

Luxuriate in the midnight sunshine, snuggle to the sound of raindrops splashing on the roof, or marvel at the sheer number of stars twinkling away in the dark… all without having to move so much as a muscle. If you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights.

What about facilities? There’s a spacious communal bathroom housed in a separate building just a short wander away. There’s no kitchen or meals served at the hotel, but that only offers a perfect excuse to visit the many local markets and restaurants in the surrounding area. Your friendly hosts will be very happy to point you in the right directions.
