The Hideaways exist in a world where life’s most precious luxuries – space, silence, and time – are in blissful abundance.

Each of the cabins you’ll discover in this secluded Devon corner has been carefully and sustainably constructed, to create a sanctuary-like space that allows guests to press ‘pause’ on hectic everyday life.

Indeed, every feature of every cabin exists for a specific reason: such as windows perfectly positioned to showcase the most incredible rural views, fresh organic bed linen for sound nights of slumber, and soft-toned décor that inspires rest and reflection.

Sumptuous private facilities include a well-equipped kitchen and an en-suite bathroom, together with a sauna beautifully tucked away in nature, and a hot tub for welcoming the sunset and stars. You’ll also have plenty of tranquil outdoor space for dining, relaxation, or simply cradling that first cup of morning coffee to a soothing backdrop of wildlife.

(While your chosen cabin also features Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, you may find they stay switched off all holiday long!)

All you have to do is choose which particular cabin setting captivates you the most, as each one is unique, special, and irresistibly calming in its own right.

The Den is perfectly positioned by a brook, where old-growth woodland meets open meadow, for a sublime sense of stillness. This is a cabin designed for comfort, with a wood-burning stove at its heart and a deck that’s primed to catch the daylight at its best… not to mention the blazing evening sun, as it sinks slowly beneath the trees.

You’ll find The Dray gently surrounded by whispering trees and dappled sunlight, in a serene pocket of ash woodland. Floor-to-ceiling windows turn the vista into an ever-changing piece of art, and there are some intriguing trails to explore right from the doorstep.

The Holt, meanwhile, is elevated above the meadow at the woodland’s edge, with big-sky views, well-chosen artwork, and a magnificent wraparound deck that takes you from morning coffee to evening sundowners with beautiful, natural ease.

What to do once you’re all checked in? Keep an eye out for the local wildlife, which range from grazing roe deer to soft-hooting tawny owls, babbling brooks, and carpets of wildflowers that hum with insect life.
