Melin Mabes is a soothing, four-acre Pembrokeshire space that’s rich in rural heaven – along with a healthy dose of creativity!

Already home to an Amazing Spaces-featured UFO, a 150 year-old gypsy caravan and generous camping pitches, Templar Treehouse is the latest exciting addition to the site, peacefully secluded in its own hidden wooded valley with a river and a pond (there’s even a small rowing boat provided).

Master-crafted from recycled materials by friendly owner Martin, Templar sleeps up to four guests – two adults in the cosy double bed, and two little ones up in the sloping mezzanine roof.

Everything you need is right here, from squishy leather armchairs and underfloor heating, to a deluxe kitchenette and a coffee table that cleverly transforms into a dining table when needed. There’s also a gorgeous antique wood burner to keep your toes warm on cooler evenings.

(WiFi is available, but there is deliberately no TV or other tech – this is so you can really enjoy some much-needed time out from life!)

Ingenious extras include an indulgent bathroom with hidden cupboards (fluffy robes are provided), and a curving slide with cushion pad that’s ideal for those who don’t ‘do’ stairs! Glide down to your very own al fresco area, complete with a super size hot tub, gas barbecue and a swinging bench.

With your very own furnished stone circle accessed between the pond and the nearby river, and a sloping mill garden that’s just for you (not to mention lots of secrets and surprises along the way), Templar Treehouse is your dream setting for new adventures and lasting memories alike.
