You’ll find the Triumphal Arch Lodge on the sprawling Colebrooke Estate, one of Northern Ireland’s most significant and historic stately homes.  Situated near idyllic Lough Erne and perfect for lovers of nature and history alike, the estate is set in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – making it the ideal place to get away from it all.

Full of natural style and perfect for families, the ground-level lodge is a Grade B listed building that was originally designed in the 19th Century by Dublin architect William Farrell, renowned for his stunning church designs.  Marvel at the design intricacies as you arrive at the impressive entrance archway, a fittingly grand introduction to the estate beyond.

Traditionally decorated, the lodge sleeps up to four people (plus the dog) in two double bedrooms, giving an authentic taste of lives from times past while still including all the comforts you’d expect from a relaxing break on a country estate, with underfloor heating and contemporary fittings throughout.

The welcoming lounge, with its cosy sofa and armchairs, boasts a warming open fire, perfect for gathering around on colder evenings or curling up beside with a good book.

A well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a selection of fresh country feasts, with a sociable dining table to enjoy them at  – and why not follow your meal with a delightfully boozy Irish coffee or two, over a traditional game of cards?

Two beautifully dressed double bedrooms await when it’s time to turn in, both featuring windows that look out onto fresh greenery, an ideal setting for a sound night’s sleep!  The bathroom is built for indulgence, with a tub just waiting to be filled up with bubbles.

If you can bear to tear yourselves away from the open fire and cosy beds for a moment, why not sit out in the lush green garden while you watch the flourishing wildlife nearby?  Make friends with the red squirrels and woodpeckers as they go about their day…and you’ll even discover a deer hide in the grounds, perfect for watching the majestic deer as they wander their way through the estate.
