Who doesn’t dream of escaping the world in January? Often hailed as a month of new beginnings, we can’t think of a less fun or motivating time to begin something afresh.
The festive season is long gone, days are short and dark, and the weather is bitterly cold with springtime nowhere in sight. Is it really any surprise that ‘Blue Monday’ – officially the most depressing day of the year – occurs in January?
