Standing proudly on Cornwall’s vast and exquisite Trelissick Estate, the Water Tower looks like a retreat from an ancient fairytale.

Arched barn doors, gothic-style windows, a winding staircase, and circular rooms add historic magic and intrigue as you explore each of its four storeys… and with just one room on each, there’s plenty of space for you and your loved one to relax.

A bathroom with an indulgent whirlpool bath greets you on the ground floor, while the elegant double bedroom awaits on the first.  The soft-furnished lounge is on the second floor… ideal for snuggling up together, and there’s a well-equipped kitchen and diner right at the top.

Sit out in the pretty garden awhile, getting lost in deep conversations about life and love, or lace up your walking boots and explore the surrounding 300 acres of countryside.  You could take the King Harry Ferry and glide along the River Fal to St. Mawes or Falmouth – if you’re in an energetic mood you could even explore the local area by canoe!

The Trelissick Estate also boasts a small beach; ideal if you’ve got a good book and a picnic in tow.  Spend your days doing exactly what you like, knowing you’ve got your fairytale tower to return to by ridiculously cosy evening.
