The Vintages offers intrepid explorers the chance to stay in an original vintage trailer, perfectly located in the glorious Willamette Valley. In fact, the site itself is found within the 14-acre Willamette Wine Country RV Park, on the aptly named Pinot Loop. Here, you’ll find the most fabulous collection of incredible vintage Airstreams, trailers and caravans from the ‘40s, ‘50s and ‘60s, as well as some supercool Neutrons you won’t find anywhere else!
With 34 sensational homes-on-wheels on offer, you’re spoiled for choice, yet guaranteed a fantastic stay in whichever you choose. Each has been expertly equipped with 21st-century comforts, all the while taking you back to the heydays of trailer travel. Added luxuries of climate control, fluffy bathrobes, L’Occitane toiletries and hotel-quality linen ensure the comfiest of stays, while a propane grill and all the cutlery, crockery and utensils you could need make for total self-sufficiency.
What’s more, with an unbeatable location in the centre of Willamette Valley, you couldn’t be better placed for visiting Oregon’s wineries, tasting some of the country’s most fantastic vintages, or simply soaking up breath-taking views of the neighbouring vineyards. Don’t worry – your trailer comes complete with a corkscrew too!
And with so many fantastic trailers on offer, it’s impossible to sing the praises of each and every one – but rest assured, they all promise an incredible vintage experience. Whether you’re visiting on your own, as part of a couple or with a small family, you’ll find a perfectly sized trailer for you and your needs, with options of 2-berth, 3-berth or 2+2 on offer.
For an all-out American experience, nothing beats an Airstream, with four fabulous silver splendours on offer at The Vintages. Step back in time to 1957 with a stay in the Airstream Sovereign, while families visiting with two children can opt for the ’59 Globester or the ’63 Overlander. Or, perfectly sized for couples, the more modern Bambi is as cute as it sounds – with ‘50s- and ‘60s-inspired décor so you don’t miss out on the retro love!
You’ll also find a number of additional trailers with the unmistakeable silver exterior of an Airstream, but offering something rather different – like the 1947 Spartan Manor (with incredible veneer interiors!), the light and airy 1963 Silverstreak Duchess and the aerodynamic Kit Chateau dating back to 1949!
Or why not opt for one of the other magnificent trailers on offer, like the Anderson 315-TB? Painstakingly restored to its fabulous 1954 glory days (with the added bonuses of two flat-screen TVs and a premium stereo system!), this blue beauty is a sight to behold. Then there’s the 1965 Avion with its rock ‘n’ roll red-and-white exterior, the gorgeous green 1948 Westwood, and the perfectly proportioned 1958 Ideal!

More information
Finally, for something totally different, opt for a Neutron – a custom-built creation blending the style of a modern Airstream with 1950s vintage design. Built by the owners themselves, you won’t find these anywhere else!
Most trailers – like the 1953 Vagabond M31 – have their own toilet and shower on board, while others – like the 1956 Santa Fe – have use of The Vintages’ beautifully clean toilet and shower facilities.
The most difficult part about staying at The Vintages is choosing which trailer to opt for, but the easiest part is relaxing. Take a dip in the onsite pool then fire up the grill, toss on some steaks and relax back in your private seating area with a well-deserved glass of pinot. Grab a delicious pour-over coffee from Caravan Coffee for an extra buzz in the morning. Hire supercool cruiser bikes for exploring the region, while visits to the charming town of McMinnville and nearby Dayton come highly recommended. And don’t forget the Wings and Waves Waterpark next door, where you can ride a flume right out of a real Boeing 747!
Whether you’re a vintage enthusiast, a budding sommelier, or simply love truly unique holidays, you’ll adore The Vintages – where chilling out, having fun, and making memories are absolutely guaranteed.
