Inspiration for the four-bedroom, cedar-clad haven came from Swiss design and sustainability methods. Brought to life from natural materials, using local architects, suppliers, and craftspeople, eco-friendly elements include solar power, and a cutting-edge fresh air circulating system.

Sleeping up to 10 guests (if you’re bringing the whole family along, a further two can be housed in a separate studio) this is a house that’s worthy of fine celebrations and warmly anticipated get-togethers. You’ll marvel at the captivating use of light and space throughout… and those incredible sea views that stretch all the way to France.

You can also admire that spectacular sea-nery from the relaxed comfort of the open-plan lounge and diner on the ground floor, flanked by huge glass doors.

Or how about heading up to the bedrooms on the first floor – one kingsize, one twin and one sea facing superking  which has its own glass doors, and a balcony that’s perfect for morning coffee?

But as the holiday organiser, you’ll no doubt want to claim the second-floor suite for yourself… and why not? Equipped with a downy 6ft superking bed, you’ll also enjoy a separate dressing room, an en-suite shower room, and a private, tiered roof terrace and garden that comes with its own crackling firepit.

There are plenty of other sociable, scenic spots to hang out in, including a dedicated TV and media room, a second lounge and balcony area on the first floor, and a garden with a refreshing outdoor shower… perfect for washing sandy toes after a day at the beach!

You can also expect plenty of luxurious accessories, including high-end kitchen appliances worthy of a celebrity chef, Sky TV, and a fully integrated sound system to help you set the perfect evening mood.

You may feel, in fact, that there’s no need to set foot outside at all! But if you do, you’ll find lots to enthral, from picturesque villages with country pubs, to an array of thrilling watersports right outside your front door.

Further afield, the cobbled town of Rye is well worth a day trip, as are Hastings and Tenterden, all accessible in under an hour’s drive. The shingle beach at Dungeness is just a few miles away, too – a true haven for creative spirits.

Or you could simply roll out your beach towel on the glorious 3km stretch of Camber beach just a few footsteps away, and get lost in conversation with your loved ones until the sun starts to sink over the horizon.

(All that’s left for you to do then is to head back inside, pop open a bottle of bubbles, and savour that dreamlike view!)
