The Landpods at Wildflower Wood

Innovative glamping pods with stargazing roofs, secluded in a leafy hilltop hideaway with stunning views of St Ives Bay.
  • Sleeps: 4 or 5 per pod
  • Bedrooms: Open plan
  • Bathrooms: Private
  • Minimum stay: 2-3 nights

Secluded in ‘Poldark country’, a mere mile from the sea, Beersheba Farm, St. Ives, enjoys a peaceful hilltop location that attracts walkers, nature-lovers, and beach babies alike.

Ideal for couples and families, you’ll find the innovative, off-grid Landpods secluded in the farm’s own Wildflower Wood, each one sleeping up to five guests. One Landpod is dog-friendly, meaning nobody has to miss out on all that fresh air and holiday fun!

Named after well-known local landmarks, the wood-framed Gwithian, Godrevy, Saltings, Trencrom and Towans each feature a toasty insulated roof, comfy carpets, and sealed windows, keeping you deliciously cosy throughout your stay – whatever the weather!

Inside each pod, you’ll find two cosy, bunk-style double beds with foam mattresses, and a comfy upholstered bench that transforms into an extra single if needed.

LED lighting is provided for that irresistibly soft evening glow, and there are handy USB charging points inside your pod, too. But the very best feature has to be the wondrous lift-up roof, which reveals the sunrise, sunset, and the twinkling stars in all their breathtaking glory.

(Not to mention the spectacular views through the trees, towards the sparkling sea and sandy beaches of St. Ives Bay – all the way to Godrevy Lighthouse –  cited as the inspiration for Virginia Woolf’s To the Lighthouse).

As if all that wasn’t enough, there’s a covered outdoor kitchen and firepit to help you whip up al fresco feasts. Each Landpod comes with its own picnic table and benches, and you’ll also have a private washroom with a sink and a waterless, state-of-the-art Swedish loo and your own private hot shower. Trencrom Landpod has adjacent bathroom facilities if you like everything close to hand.  Eco-friendly vegan toiletries are provided.
