Sleeping up to 12 guests and with well-behaved pets also welcome, this is an ideal retreat for a fun family getaway or a laughter-fuelled break with close friends, as you relax to soothing sounds of wildlife and the gentle trickling of the open lake… bliss.
Better still, alongside the barn’s myriad original features are plenty of modern conveniences that add generous helpings of luxury to your well-deserved break. Soaring beamed ceilings, exposed brick walls and a decorative fireplace are enhanced by pendant lighting, huge glass doors and statement furniture, for a wow-factor effect that’s rich in both style and comfort.
There’s a TV and a selection of board games for indoor entertainment in not one but two lounges, along with an exercise room that boasts beamed walls and a stock of fitness equipment… perfect for those who plan to burn off the effects of holiday feasts cooked in the supremely well-equipped kitchen!
Of course, you’ll have ample outside space to make the most of, adorned with sun loungers, dining furniture and table tennis on the patio, and a basketball court and barbecue on the expansive lake-facing lawned garden, to help you make the most of that glorious evening sunshine.
When it’s finally time to call it a night, there are four sumptuous double bedrooms to choose from – all with en-suite bathrooms that mean there’ll be no awkward morning queues. One bedroom includes a double sofa bed, and there are two portable single beds that can be added to any of the rooms for maximum flexibility.
