If you’ve ever wanted to transport yourselves into the pages of a quirky Gothic novel, but without sacrificing the finer trappings of modern life, The Chapel Finstall might just be your dream retreat!
Secluded within an immaculate Worcestershire estate that’s home to a tinkling stream, and an orchard packed with pear, apple, and olive trees, the creatively converted chapel is infused with historic charm. Just opening the grand entrance door will feel as though you’re about to enter a magical new world.
Once inside, you’ll be captivated by the timeless romance of the exposed timbers, stone-arched windows, and flagstone floors. There’s also a gorgeous feature stone fireplace in the first floor living room… perfect for snuggling around on chilly evenings with a glass of wine, as you admire the far-reaching rural views.
Meanwhile, contemporary conveniences include a Freeview TV, Wi-Fi, and a vaulted-ceilinged kitchen equipped with all the modern conveniences you could ask for, including the essential microwave, and a pod coffee machine to charge your mornings.
(Oh, and not forgetting the delicious welcome basket you’ll receive, stuffed with goodies that include fresh bread, milk, eggs, juice, wine, and cheese.)
Rustle up romantic suppers to enjoy by soft candlelight at the dining table, or on sunny evenings, why not fire up the charcoal barbecue instead? Your private al fresco dining area is gently elevated for beautiful orchard sunset views… the perfect setting for laughter-fuelled chats that last long into the star-studded evening.
When it’s finally time to head back inside, you’ll be greeted by an exceptionally stylish ground-floor bedroom, which boasts an antique double bed that’s so cosy, it’ll be hard to drag yourselves out of it the next morning!
