Secluded on the atmospheric cliffside at Whitsand Bay – whose tranquil beaches are regularly referred to as Cornwall’s “hidden gems” – Seagulls’ Nest is an idyllic coastal escape for four guests.

Savour truly spectacular, up-close-and-personal views from Rame Head to Looe… whether you’re in the light-flooded open-plan lounge and diner, the well-equipped kitchen, or the kingsize bedroom, from which you can almost reach out and touch the sea!

The second bedroom features zip-and-link beds that form twins or a kingsize bed, and there’s a generous family bathroom for freshening up in.

Of course, there’s plenty of scope for living life al fresco too, including a grassed area furnished with a picnic table for snacks and sundowners.

Head out and explore if you like; Mount Edgcumbe Country Park is nearby, and you take a ferry trip over to Plymouth for the day. Yet you may feel that surfing, swimming, and sunset-watching in this beautiful spot is all you need.
