Perhaps better described as a living, sustainable work of art, the spectacular solar-powered house sleeps up to four guests in two cosy bedrooms.  Relax in front of the fireplace by evening, whilst catching up on your favourite Netflix shows (off-grid definitely doesn’t have to mean dull, at least not when you’re staying in an Earthship!)

But that’s not all.  There’s a gorgeous, wildlife-steeped jungle greenhouse to gaze in awe at, complete with banana trees and grape vines, while the chicken coop and run means you can make new feathered friends, as well as collecting fresh eggs each morning.

Oh, and did we mention those glorious mountain views, from the Earthship’s prized position high above the El Prado desert?  Be warned: sunrise-and-sunset watching could become a new addiction.
