Built in 1857 as a working five-storey mill, Mattishall Corn Mill is the perfect country escape for a romantic couple.

With a lounge that boasts wooden beams and a coal effect fire, you can snuggle up in front of the TV… or on sunny evenings, head out to the pretty garden and enjoy a sizzling sunset supper with views of rolling fields. Don’t forget to say hello to the friendly neighbouring goats!

There’s a country-style kitchen and dining area to enjoy, while a downy bedroom awaits you at the top of the open plan staircase.

Mattishall village is within gentle walking distance, and here you’ll find independent shops and a traditional pub to while away some holiday time in.
