Extending from Callander to Brig o’Turk, the pristine, shimmering Loch Venachar is beautifully positioned in Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park… a haven for lovers of nature at its most breath-taking.
Nestled right on the shore, Loch Venachar Lodges showcase these dreamlike surroundings to perfection. Offering direct access to the area’s many delights, you’ll also enjoy a wealth of upscale creature comforts that include panoramic windows, huge TVs, and al fresco hot tubs.
Named after the Scottish word to snuggle or nestle, Coorie is a striking black timber-clad lodge that was designed by a renowned team of Glasgow architects.
Surrounded by whispering trees, and mere steps away from the scenic lochside, the front garden leads to a beach with views of Ben Venue and Ben Ledi, while the back garden features a pétanque court and the aforementioned hot tub.
Inside the two-bedroom lodge awaits a sumptuous first-floor living, kitchen, and dining space, complete with enormous windows and a soft-glowing wood-burning stove. Head downstairs to discover the cosy bedrooms; a double with an en-suite shower room, and a twin with access to a bathroom and shower.
Carsaig, meanwhile, is a heavenly three-bedroom haven that sleeps up to six guests, set amongst three blissful acres. Why not take a wander through the magical Woodland Fairy Trail in the garden, fire up the barbecue for an epic family feast, or take a good book down to the outdoor snug, light the wood-burner, and get lost in the sounds of nature…
…before watching the sun set over Ben Venue from the supreme comfort of the six-person hot tub?
