Live the Adventure Bus has reached its final destination, at Heaven Farm in East Sussex… and what a stop it is!
You’ll find the cheerfully converted double-decker completely surrounded by fields and greenery, for the most beautiful views inside or out. And while the setting is blissfully private, there’s plenty to do on site, from crazy golf to dining at the Sussex Barn Farm Kitchen.
Hop on board the bus, and be greeted by a rustic wooden cabin-style space with all the facilities you could possibly need. The kitchenette is fully equipped for meals and snacks, with a fridge, sink, combi-oven and hob – and there’s even a sleek Barista-style coffee machine, to charge mornings spent enjoying sunshine and birdsong.
Dine on the scenic top deck, where you’ll find a table and comfy cushion-covered chairs …oh, and not to mention a dreamy, fairy-lit hot tub that’s made for sunset-watching and stargazing!
When it’s finally time for bed, choose your favourite sleeping space from a cosy double bed on the lower deck, and two European-sized single bunks on the upper (a bed guard and travel cot can be provided on request).
Savour those soothing morning views for as long as you like – you’re on holiday, after all – then freshen up at your leisure in the ‘shower shack’, just a few steps away.
What to do with the rest of your time? During spring, take the locally famous on-site Bluebell Walk, or head into the nearby Ashdown Woods for a longer stroll. If you don’t fancy cooking during your stay, the aforementioned Sussex Barn Farm Kitchen serves fresh produce right from the farm, with delicious cakes available all day, too.
