A blissful family mill conversion and bolthole, in a charming and tranquil French village with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Sleeping up to 15 guests in perfect comfort, Le Moulin du Sénéchal is peacefully positioned in the village of Ars en Ré, widely considered to be among the most beautiful villages in France.

A sympathetically converted mill, there is plenty of space for everybody to relax in, with three floors that feature a spacious lounge, kitchen, and dining room, and seven elegant bedrooms.

However, the piece de resistance here has to be the ‘observatory’ floor at the very top, with spectacular panoramic views that lead your gaze all the way out to sea.

While away lazy afternoons in the huge garden, or if you’re in a more curious mood, both the beach and the village centre are temptingly close by.  In fact, why not do as the French do, and cycle over to the market each morning for some fresh-baked bread?

Meanwhile, to make your holiday life easier, you will have access to an array of services, including a private chef, restaurant booking services, and daily housekeeping.

La bonne vie awaits!
