Secluded in California’s tranquil Yucca Valley, the famed Joshua Tree National Park is a short drive away, while the local Old Town neighbourhood is strewn with vintage shops and laid-back eateries that continue to evoke a blissful sense of decades past.

Be warned, however: once you’ve explored your time-capsule retreat, you may never want to leave!

Radiating peace, love, and sun-soaked Californian vibes, every room pays jaw-dropping homage to the bygone eras of disco and flower power. Bespoke furnishings have been painstakingly crafted by the dedicated owner herself, while the living room sports an eye-catching retro wall-mural that we defy you not to photograph!

In amongst the vintage accessories and groovy décor are sleek modern conveniences that include a dishwasher and a Smart TV… though you might prefer firing up the record player and choosing something from the well-chosen vinyl collection.

(There’s even a dedicated space in the dining room with a piano and guitar, for those who prefer making their own sweet music!)

Meanwhile, three double bedrooms each boast their very own style, character, and colour. A thing of wonder, the sage-green master room features a custom king-sized circular bed, designer lighting, and its own en-suite bathroom.
