A warmly welcoming Scandi-style cabin for two, complete with an al fresco hot tub, bespoke-designed to showcase the incredible East Sussex countryside to perfection.
  • Sleeps: 2
  • Bedroom: 1
  • Bathroom: 1
  • Minimum stay: 2 nights

Overlooking a magnificent valley in a designated East Sussex Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Hill Cabin appears as though it was purpose-built to showcase the rolling country scenery.

That’s because it was! Boasting a huge picture window and plenty of al fresco space, the view takes centre-stage whatever the weather, and wherever you happen to be.

You’ll also feel perfectly at home, surrounded by sumptuous creature comforts and loving attention to detail from the architect owners, that includes vintage furnishings, creatively upcycled accessories, and plenty of warm wood for a pleasingly rustic, pared-down Scandi-style atmosphere.

Bathed in natural light, the relaxed open plan living space is characterised not only by that picture window, but a gorgeous wood-burner with an enormous stone hearth… essential for snuggling around with a blanket and a cuppa on chilly evenings!

Meanwhile, you’ll find the farmhouse-style kitchen equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up the heartiest country feasts, and you’ll also be treated to a delicious continental breakfast from the on-site farm shop.

(Think crunchy home-made granola with honey and yogurt, fresh-baked bread, and fruity preserves – perfect for enjoying out on the patio, with peaceful views of grazing sheep and horses).

There’s an elegant double bedroom to snuggle up in, and a shower room complete with toiletries, fluffy towels, and a hairdryer – ideal for those invigorating morning freshen-ups.
