The Golden Circle is an iconic 190-mile route that takes in three of Iceland’s most incredible natural attractions: Thingvellir National Park, Gulfoss waterfall, and the Geysir geothermal region.

Set just 35km from Thingvellir National Park, Golden Circle Domes is a spectacular base for exploring everything this breath-taking part of the world has to offer.

Surrounded by soaring, snow-capped mountain views, your chosen dome will feature a downy fleece-topped bed and a transparent ceiling, so you can watch the stars – and perhaps even those elusive Northern Lights – illuminating the night sky whilst staying perfectly toasty.

You’ll also have a handy kitchenette, complete with a microwave, fridge, toaster, and coffee machine, with a scenic terrace to enjoy those freshly-made coffees on.

The on-site restaurant, meanwhile, is a mere ten-minute walk from your dome, serving hearty breakfasts, stone-baked pizzas, traditional Icelandic suppers, and lazy weekend brunches alike.What about sightseeing, you ask? 

Well, each of the three Golden Circle attractions can be reached in under an hour, while the beautiful town of Selfoss is just ten minutes away.  Set on the banks of the Ölfusá River, there’s a stunning waterfall to help keep your Instagram account nicely updated, even if you don’t want to travel too far.
