Frying Pan Tower is a very special steel tower, located 85′ above the Atlantic ocean and part of a labour of love by a dedicated team of volunteers, all set on preserving the former coastguard station (originally built in 1964) for generations to come.

You are invited to stay at the tower and experience a slice of American history, all while living amongst the birds, fish, turtles and endless sky that all make up an enthralling life lived on the ocean waves – and better still, without any accompanying seasickness!

Rest those weary heads in official US Coastguard twin sized beds, with towels, fresh linen and the convenience of meal supplies right on hand.

The relaxed volunteer community feel at Frying Pan Tower will soon see you enjoying taking part in group cooking and cleaning activities, before chatting the evening away in the recreation room – though if you just can’t face cooking for yourselves, a professional chef can be hired for your group.

Enjoy plenty of fishing and diving from your unique ocean location (with its Gulf Stream positioning ensuring a regularly perfect mix of sunshine warmth and refreshing breeze), and revel in the fact that your energising blend of campsite and beach-house holiday has only just begun.
