Just two miles from the popular coastal town of Pwllheli – the unofficial capital of the Llyn Peninsula – Eglwys St. Cynfil is a mesmerising conversion of a Grade II-listed stone church.
Dating back over 200 years, there’s a characterful wealth of original features to marvel at inside, including mullioned windows, a towering double-height beamed ceiling, and even a pulpit and lectern.
Yet there’s also plenty of modern comfort to be found here, including a well-equipped kitchen, a TV-equipped lounge, and a mezzanine master bedroom with a beautiful glass balustrade. There’s a second twin bedroom too, sleeping up to four guests.
Once you’ve settled in, you can explore Pwllheli and nearby Abersoch with ease, as well as hopping in the car to immerse yourselves in the fresh charms of Snowdonia National Park. Perfect.
