East Riding Mirror Dome is beautifully secluded in the midst of a Yorkshire wildflower meadow, where alpacas are free to roam and with 3.5 acres of woodland to explore just outside. Perfect for a relaxed, romantic break in sublime nature.

Cleverly camouflaged by its shining mirrored surface, the dome’s sophisticated design means that you can see out, but others can’t see in, so you’ll have complete privacy all holiday long.

Retro Scandi-style furniture, solar-powered fairy lights and soft carpets evoke a cosy feeling of home, so much so that you could find it hard to venture out at all! Curl up in the bespoke, circular kingsize bed and enjoy lazy lie-ins, or light the wood-burning stove and get lost in deep conversation… the kind you never find time for in ‘real’ life.

There’s a communal indoor kitchen – known as The Chicken Shed – just a few steps away, along with a dining room to chat with friends you haven’t met yet. You’ll also have a private shower block to freshen up in, if you do decide to head out and explore.

Take a stroll through the fields and around the boating lake on site, or book a narrow-boat ride at Pocklington Canal, just half a mile away. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants to sample, too, before a star-filled evening spent on your decked veranda… well-deserved glass of wine in hand.
