Sustainably hand-built and solar-powered, you’ll find each home equipped with kitchen facilities (though we think you may prefer the barbecue for al-fresco dining!) and a terrace complete with hammocks – ideal for curling up with a good book in the shade of the palm trees.

The Beach House, set just 80 meters from the shoreline, provides superb ocean and garden views right from your bed.  Sleeping up to five people, its split-level design makes an ideal setting for families.

The futuristic Beach Suite is full of colour and creativity, housing three double bedrooms and a gleaming ‘space-rocket’-themed bathroom that must be experienced at least once in every lifetime!

The Crystal House is a fantasy holiday home made real, created from recycled materials and featuring a beautiful Sangrillo tree as its centrepiece.  Meanwhile, the Garden House, built almost entirely from bamboo, is ideal for up to four people, with a ‘wendy house’ feel that makes this space immediately homely.

Finally, the Treehouse, built on tall stilts and accessed by its own wooden suspension bridge, will help you relive your childhood in style!  Furnished with hand-carved sustainable wood and colourful flowers, this is an ideal home for families and romantic couples alike.

Awake to the gentle sound of the waves lapping on the shoreline (and the morning calls of the local howler monkeys!) and enjoy fresh coffee as you plan the day ahead. Though you can luxuriate in your privacy, there is a wonderfully friendly community feel here that everyone is welcome to enjoy.

You’ll find a fitness centre on site, with a variety of classes to take part in each day. Maybe join in with the beach volleyball matches held every afternoon, open to absolutely everybody!

Enjoy the beauty of the beach, with kayaks and surf boards available to rent, or perhaps take a trip to Cahuita National Park, whose coral reefs boast thirty-five different species of fish.

Of course, you could always stay local and learn more about your stunning surroundings, with an immersive rainforest hike or a waterfall tour.
