On the outside, Casa Chroma appears to be a serene Grade II listed Georgian house, set close to the Norfolk coastline in the friendly village of Snettisham.

Step inside, however, and you’ll be greeted by a vibrant kaleidoscope of colour, style and sociable touches that make this house the ideal setting for large family breaks, friends reunions or group celebrations of just about any description!

Featuring nine luxurious bedrooms (two of which are super-king sized and one of which features a four-poster bed), Casa Chroma houses up to a maximum of twenty people in luxurious comfort. Add a hot tub, karaoke machine, DJ decks and a 6-foot cinema screen, and you’ll keep each and every one of those twenty people perfectly entertained, all holiday long!

There’s certainly plenty to explore here, with every last room lavishly decorated with vivid patterns, colours and artistic touches infused with matchless style. Feel immediately welcome as you enter the grand reception hall, guiding you through to a cosy lounge complete with open fireplace and soft sofas.

The pavilion room is the ideal setting for catch-up cocktails, while the elegant dining room seats 22 people at a gleaming Chinese-style dinner table – and with the spacious Aga-equipped kitchen, you’ll be fighting over who gets to prepare the feasts.

When it’s time to get the party started, simply take the stairs down to a sound-proofed den, complete with dance floor, a dressing room filled with Hollywood costumes, and the aforementioned karaoke and DJ equipment. All that’s left to do now is decide whether you prefer to belt out your favourite tunes, or dance to them!

Curl up in the chill-out room when you’ve had enough, or if you’re looking for some more relaxing entertainment, head for the bespoke cinema room…accompanied by plenty of popcorn, of course.

You’ll find six of the nine bedrooms upstairs, with the remaining three located in a separate cottage that adjoins the property. The cottage also houses its own snug lounge with sofa bed, and a separate bathroom.

Even more delights await you outside, with an eight-person hot tub, a stunning secret garden to explore, a barbecue and a private walled terrace garden complete with sun loungers, dining table and chairs.

Whatever you like to do, you’ll be able to indulge here. Settle in your favourite room with your favourite book, or head outside on two feet or two wheels, with plenty of refreshing trails and a local pub within easy walking distance!

Nature lovers will enjoy the reserves in nearby Titchwell and Holme Marsh, while sandy beaches are to be found just a few miles away. Those who enjoy a romantic picnic, meanwhile, won’t be disappointed by the gardens at Sandringham House.
