A humble silo in a former life, the cabin has been expertly converted to provide cosy comfort and modern facilities for two guests, and their well-behaved dog.

Inside awaits a light, bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, complete with a sofa to snuggle on, a TV, and a table and chairs to help you savour romantic suppers  in style.

Whip them up in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, hob, and fridge-freezer… or head out to the courtyard and fire up the barbecue for a sizzling al fresco supper-by-sunset!

Toast some marshmallows on the firepit for dessert, washed down with a bottle of wine and good conversation, as you await the arrival of the stars in that vast, clear night sky.

When it’s time to turn in, you’ll find the silo’s first floor gainfully equipped with an elegant double bedroom. You’ll also have delightful en-suite facilities that include a wet-room shower to freshen up in.

After a sound night’s sleep, enjoy your first coffee of the day on the furnished balcony, with mesmerising views that lead your gaze over the farm, and out towards the sweeping coast.

When you’ve finished, head back inside to whip up a hearty breakfast… you’ll need it, if you plan to get out and explore the local area!

Just two miles away lies the harbour town of Aberaeron – with the coastal path so close by, why not take your four-legged friend on a windswept walk? Lined with cheery, colourful houses, there are plenty of independent shops and craft centres for you to weave your way in and out of.

Enjoy a cuppa and a slice of home-made cake, then why not do a little dolphin spotting before tucking in to a fresh harbour meal?

Slightly further afield, lively, bustling New Quay is a haven for watersports… perfect if you’ve always wanted to master surfing or sailing! You could also embark on the famous Dylan Thomas trail, to get under the skin of the celebrated 20th century poet and writer.

Enjoy the warm embrace of West Wales’s many coastal charms, before finally making your way back to Caban Silo for another addictively cosy evening in together.
