A movie-and-art inspired vintage caravan with laid-back West Coast vibes, located on the edge of historic Stratford-upon-Avon.
  • Sleeps: 2 (+1)
  • Bedroom: 1
  • Bathroom: 1
  • Minimum stay: 2 nights

Paying creative homage to the epic combination of Wes Anderson movies and retro ice-cream parlours, Beverley Thrills is the perfect hideaway for couples or friends in need of a fresh escape.

Occupying a dedicated pitch on an orchard campsite in the ancient Warwickshire village of Snitterfield, the two-berth vintage caravan is a haven for rural relaxation, with the famous birthplace of Shakespeare himself just around the corner. That’s if you’re in the mood to stray away from your cosy caravan, which will be doubtful. Styled with love and imagination by friendly owner Aly, a globetrotting art curator and interior designer, you’ll soon find that no attention to detail has been spared.

Chequered flooring and cheerful bursts of colour add life to the soft-yet-vibrant interior, which comes equipped with a handy kitchenette, and a cosy dining area.

If you prefer al fresco feasts, you’re free to bring a barbecue and whip up a sizzling sunset supper to enjoy under the striped awning… where you’ll also discover two ridiculously comfortable Adirondack loungers to help you while away some precious lazy time.

When it’s finally time to say goodbye to the day, a downy queensize bed will be ready and waiting for you to snuggle up in (you can create an additional single bed from the dining area, if you prefer a little more sleeping space!)

After morning coffee and a tasty home-cooked breakfast, complete your morning freshen-up routine in the terrazzo-clad eco shower room, or head for the campsite’s pristine bathroom block for a piping hot wash. Here you’ll also find a fully plumbed loo and a handy washer/dryer.

What to do with your day? No-one will judge you if you simply decide to curl up with a good book, or get blissfully lost in birdsong and conversation out in your calming, scenic garden.

What the guests of Beverley Thrills Caraglamping say

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Beverley Thrills. Aly was an exceptional host and offered lots of advice on places to go. I’ve stayed at another of Aly’s places before and was blown away by her style and eye for detail. Beverley Thrills was no exception. In the outskirts of Stratford Aly has re-created an LA dream. I only stayed two nights but felt so refreshed after my stay I could have been away for much longer. Highly recommend Beverley Thrills for a weekend or week away. The caravan was super stylish with all the appliances needed, campsite very well-attended and clean with great scenery on the doorstep and there’s so much to do nearby. I can’t wait to return!”

“Such a lovely weekend! Aly was the perfect host and had lots of suggestions on places to visit and sights to see – I will definitely be booking again! The surrounding area is breathtaking, with orchards and a farm within walking distance! Great for breakfast and local produce aswell as seeing the cute animals. The facilities on site are the cleanest I have come across and there weren’t many other people on the site so had a lot of privacy which was brilliant! The nature trail ‘Monarch’s Way’ leads directly from the caravan to Stratford-upon-Avon and takes around 45 minutes to walk which was perfect with the nice weather! Highly recommend!”

“What a stunning staycay spot! The caravan is so beautifully designed, everything is so well considered. And just a stroll to the sights of Shakespeare’s Stratford. What a treat! Thank you Aly! This is truly special.”
