Perfect for romantic couples (and the dog!) in search of some much-needed tranquility, Barleywood is a beautifully furnished shepherd’s hut found in green country land close to Burnham Market, containing everything you’ll need to shut yourselves away from everyday life for a while. 

You’ll find a Shaker-style kitchen and an indulgent shower room here, as well as a cosy raised bed you’ll want to curl up in forever!
The open-plan living area includes luxurious wooden flooring and French doors that lead to a garden with exceptional country views.  Sit outside and drink in all that beautiful serenity, while by evening, enjoy a sizzling barbecue and fire up the wood burner to feel ridiculously cosy – or spend some time stargazing in the outdoor hot tub (glass of bubbles optional!).

While ‘doggy day care’ is provided on site, you may decide not to waste all those opportunities for long, energetic walks.  South Creake is home to a stunning green, with a church famously adored by Sir John Betjeman.  You’re also just a few miles from the delights of bustling Burnham Market – so indulge to your heart’s content in all that fresh air, exercise and natural luxury.  After all, you deserve it!
